Jewellery Repair Warranty
We take pride in the quality of our jewellery repair services and provide a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials used in all repairs.
Warranty Coverage Includes:
- Repairs to clasps, prongs, settings, and other structural components.
- Replacement of any parts provided during the original repair.
Exclusions:
- Hollow jewellery or pieces deemed too worn to sustain repairs.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear or improper use.
- Issues arising from accidental damage, misuse, or exposure to harsh conditions.
- Repairs or alterations performed by another jeweller.
Complimentary Resizing
We offer a two-week complimentary resizing period for rings or other altered items, provided we have measured the customer’s size. This covers resizing up to two sizes larger or smaller, free of charge. After this period, standard resizing fees apply.

Bespoke Design Warranty
All bespoke pieces are crafted to the highest standards and are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of collection or delivery.
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturing defects, such as faulty settings, loose stones, or structural issues.
- Problems related to workmanship or material quality.
Exclusions Apply
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or loss of finish.
- Accidental damage, including impacts, exposure to chemicals, or misuse.
- Alterations or repairs performed by third parties.
- Resizing or modifications requested after the design process has been approved and finalized.

Hollow or Worn Jewellery
Our warranty does not extend to hollow or significantly worn jewellery incorporated into a bespoke design. These materials are inherently more vulnerable to damage and may require extra care.
Rhodium & Gold Plating Service Warranty
Our plating service comes with a limited warranty to ensure customer satisfaction while recognizing the natural wear characteristics of the plating.
Warranty Coverage
- The rhodium and gold plating is guaranteed against defects in application (e.g., uneven coating or peeling) for 30 days from the service date.
- If any issue arises due to the plating process within this period, we will reapply the rhodium free of charge.
Exclusions Apply
- Normal wear and tear, including fading or thinning of the plating due to usage.
- Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or cleaning agents.
- Scratches or chips caused by impacts or abrasions after the plating was applied.
Important Notes: Rhodium and gold plating typically lasts 6-12 months on frequently worn items. Periodic re-plating is recommended to maintain the finish and shine.
Watch Battery Replacement Warranty
All watch battery replacements are covered by a 1-year warranty for defects related to the battery replacement process.
Exclusions Apply:
- Accidental damage to the watch.
- Issues unrelated to the battery replacement.
- Damage caused by water ingress due to the winder not being fully secured.
Watch Service Warranty
We take pride in providing high-quality servicing to ensure the optimal performance of your timepiece. All our watch services come with a 2-year warranty.
What Our Warranty Covers:
- Faults with components we replaced during the service.
- Issues with the movement or functionality directly associated with our servicing.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by impact, misuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches or discoloration.
- Water damage from improper use of the crown/winder.
How to Claim Your Warranty
- Please contact our customer care team. with details of the issue and proof of service.
- Bring your item for inspection or ship it to us (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- If covered under warranty, we will perform the necessary repairs or service at no cost.
