Our warranty does not cover typical wear and tear or accidental issues, including:
- Accidental damage or impacts
- Denting or bending
- Pulled or worn claws
- Stretched or worn chains
- Scratched or chipped stones
- Discoloration due to regular wear
- Malfunctioning watches due to knocks or misuse
We reserve the right to return any item to the relevant manufacturer for evaluation before offering an exchange or refund. These rights are additional to, and do not detract from, your statutory rights.
How to Claim Your Warranty

- Get in touch with our customer care team. via phone, email, or in person at our store.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as your receipt, invoice, or online order confirmation.
- Assessment:
- Bring the item to our store for inspection by our team. If this is not possible, you may ship the item to us (shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- Resolution:
- If the issue is covered under warranty, we will repair the item at no additional cost.
- For issues not covered by the warranty, we will provide a quote for the required repair or service.
